Lawsuit Information : Please Note, the Golden Hills HOA is currently a defendant in a lawsuit concerning community common property.
After a lengthy mediation on Feb. 1, 2010, the Board settled the lawsuit entitled 'Colgate v. Golden Hills Homeowners Association, et al.' pending approval of same by Court order. We will provide additional details after the Court enters the order which we do not expect to happen until sometime next month.
