ARTICLE I - NAME, OFFICES AND MEETING PLACES The name of the corporation is Golden Hills Homeowners Association, hereinafter referred to as the “Association”. The principal office of the corporation and the office of the registered agent shall be located at 115 Barnes Avenue, Colorado Springs, County of El Paso, Colorado 80909. Meetings of members and directors shall be held at such places within the state of Colorado as shall be designated by the Board of Directors prior thereto. |
