GHHA Lawsuit Homeowner Form Information


Over the last few days since our community meeting on Wednesday night August 26, the board has been working on creating a strategy for how to proceed with the lawsuit.

We will be sending out the form on Wednesday via US mail to all the homeowners for their signature.

The form will come with a letter from our legal counsel explaining what actions the homeowners could take in response.

Additionally, we will ask the homeowners wishing to sign the form to return it either via mail, scanned signed document to president@goldenhillshoa.org , or drop off the form at the president's home.

If you are out of town and unable to receive your mail in a timely fashion, then please contact the president at the above email address to determine what you need to do.

If you sign the form which indicates you will allow the HOA attorney to represent you, you must be sure that the president receives the form no more than 17 days after you were served with the lawsuit.
